Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited (MASL), a 100% subsidiary of Mahindra &
Mahindra Ltd, today inaugurated its first Saboro Lounge in Mumbai. Saboro Lounge
is a unique new-age concept that serves innovative fresh food, crafted from the
freshest fruits, vegetables and dairy-based products, with an aim of promoting
a life of Healthy Indulgence.
Additionally, Saboro fresh fruits will also be available for retail at the
Saboro Lounge.
Saboro Lounge is a perfect ‘Third Place’ for all
achieving, self-aware, and health conscious individuals and groups; for all who
understand the significance of good food and nutrition in creating a productive,
fulfilling life, and at the same time don’t want to compromise on the
indulgence factor.
Located in Churchgate, Mumbai, Saboro Lounge offers an interesting,
modern and tasty range of handcrafted cold pressed juices, smoothies, salads,
refreshments, and desserts made with the most nutritious ingredients. The menu at
the Lounge has been created in partnership with leading chefs and nutritionists,
and will appeal to the evolving tastes and preferences of Indian consumers,
while keeping their calories in check.
Speaking on
the inauguration of the Saboro Lounge, Ashok Sharma, MD & CEO- Mahindra
Agri Solutions Ltd. said,

high-quality, healthy food to Indian consumers, while ensuring it satisfies
their taste needs. To put it simply, “Healthy
Indulgence” is Saboro’s core positioning. Our menu has been crafted to
deliver culinary discoveries which are healthy. And what’s more is that
customers can also avail the high quality premium Saboro Fruits at the Saboro
Lounge.”

healthy food through our assortment of delectable juices, salads, eatables, and
desserts. Further, our stringent procurement process and systems, adhering
strictly to our Mahindra Quality Standards (MQS), will ensure what we serve is
made only from the freshest and responsibly-sourced ingredients.”
Brand Saboro is derived from the Spanish word “Sabor”
which means “taste”. The company will soon expand the lounge to other parts of
the city, including the T2 international airport.
MASL has a joint venture with Univeg, a global leader in
fresh produce. This association has helped MASL provide high quality fruits to the
Saboro Lounge.
