Paint the city Green! It’s The Irish House St. Patrick’s Day Carnival!

Mumbai, March 2017: The time’s come! Bring on your St. Paddy’s Hat as your friendly neighbourhood pub The Irish House is bringing you a St. Patrick’s Day Carnival with a ‘Dublin Street”’ experience in the Courtyard of High Street Phoenix and other outlets in the city. Gear up for a grand Irish experience with games, pop up shops, live performances, and lots more, paired with chilled beer and great food from noon to 10pmon 18^th& 19^thMarch! Entry, as always, is free!

Find yourself in the festive mode as the pub will be kick-starting the celebrations on St Patrick’s Day, 17^th March, Friday across all outposts across the country. Get a feel of Ireland with multiple award winner Irish singer NiamhNíCharra and her band direct from Ireland - Kevin Corbett, Dominic Keogh, Damien Doherty. Niamh Ni Charra, an award winning and celebrated fiddle and concertina player will be performing in India for the first time on occasion of St Patrick’s Day. The international band will perform at The Irish House, Lower Parel on 17^th March, Friday 8pm onwards.

Festivities continue with The St Patrick’s Day Carnival the next day in the courtyard. Turn your Saturday evening upside-down with Rohit Vasudevan, as he will be bringing to you an unforgettable evening of unplugged acoustic music. End the Saturday on a high as you experience the emergence of Sahej Bakshi aka Dualist Inquiry dovetailed with the beginnings of alternative electronica in the country at the start of this decade. On Sunday, gather your friends and bring out the inner musician in you with Djembe drumcircle by Taal Inc. The Irish House St. Patrick’s Day will conclude with a power packed performance by one of India’s top Pop Rock bands, Best kept Secret.

Head to The Irish House Bar in the courtyard and get yourself a chilled green beer or opt for your favourite international beer. If you’re a whiskey person, check out exclusive Jameson bar and get your fill of the superb Irish whisky or some innovative whisky cocktails. Dig into awesome food from the The Irish House Kitchen. Pick from a range of mouth-watering Grill bowls, or their popular appetizers from the recently launched menu. If you aren’t feeling Irish enough, chow down some of their delicious signature dishes like The Great Irish Fish & Chips, Mac n Cheese Fries, Grande Nachos, BBQ Chicken Wings, and more.

Push your limits by participating in the Man Vs Burger challenge as you try to chow down a 1.5kg burger (it’s on the house if you finish it!) and enjoy games like Giant Jenga, Basket Pong, Hammer & Nail, or Limbo with your friends. Stroll around the Irish Farmers Market and choose from some fabulous brands amidst lots more… Don’t forget to click a crazy picture at the awesome Paddy’s Photo Booth, with cool props, and take back a souvenir of the fantastic time spent!

When tired from all the madness, take a breather to relax and rejuvenate as the carnival offers you a pampering session with some foot massage, for a good cause! The massages are provided by visually challenged masseurs who are trained at The Victoria Memorial School for the Blind, and give massages for a living.
