American Express India presents a grant of USD 99,000 to American India Foundation

Grant to be utilized to promote literacy by enabling quality education in under-served schools across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan

New Delhi, April 25, 2018: American Express India presented a grant of USD 99,000 (approx. INR 65 lakh) to American India Foundation as a part of their initiative to promote literacy by enabling quality education in under-served schools across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan.

American Express reiterated its commitment to promoting literacy in India through a grant that will provide technology-enabled quality education to students in underserved schools. The grant will support the “Digital equalizer” initiative by the American India Foundation. The grant was made in the presence of the Honourable Kenneth I. Juster, U.S. Ambassador to India at a reception hosted by USISPF (US India Strategic Partnership Forum).
