KDAHunderwent a very stringent on-site survey in December 2015 by an international team of specialists across disciplines drawn from the United States, South America, Europe and Far East. The evaluation covered issues related to effective clinician and interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient-centric care keeping QUALITY AND SAFETY of the patient in focus.

TheJCI, awarded for a period of three years,sets protocols for accredited hospitals to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate treatment resulting in improved patient outcomes, greater patient satisfaction and reduced overall costs. The JCI certification also expects the accredited hospitals to focus on educating patients in all aspects of ailments and treatment protocols.
