Shraddha is the only Bollywood actress to be featured in the 2016 issue of the prestigious  Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list . Featured under the entertainment and sports category, she appears alongside cricketer Virat Kohli and international actor Liam Hemsworth. Known for her acting, dancing and melodious voice, Shraddha is one of the 300 talented young leaders from 10 different sectors to be on the list. The actress is humbled to have been featured. She and her father recently met her spot boy Ram’s family when he revealed that they wished to meet the actress as they admire her. Ram, who has worked with the actress for many years, is considered to be a part of her extended family. In spite of her busy schedule, Jacqueline was more than happy to oblige and met his parents and kids, post pack up of a magazine shoot. Jacqueline specifically picked out chocolates for his kids and posed for pictures. The actress had a good time interacting with them, she said, “Ram has been with me for the longest time. My team is like my extended family. I was extremely delighted to meet his parents and children." “Based on the last central Health Budget estimates of FY 15-16, the allocation for family welfare was as low as 4 per cent.  The trend of central government allocations to Family Welfare has been declining in the last few years, with the decline being 54% between 2013-14 and 2015-16. Under NHM, a meagre 1.45 per cent of the total family planning expenditure is on spacing methods, which reflects the lack of much needed attention to spacing.   The Health Budget for FY 16-17 should  reflect an increase in investments on Family Planning based on the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare’s (MoHFW) approval to the introduction of new methods and emphasis on spacing methods to the family planning program.  This introduction of an additional spacing method needs to be supported with a focus on a regular contraceptive supply along with maintaining utmost quality of care and client follow up.”

But in order to fit the role, we hear that Parvin had to put on 10 kgs of weight since the director felt he looked too young for the role. Confirming  the same, Parvin Dabas said,  “Yes, Vikram felt I looked too young to play a slightly mature character and I looked like the rest of the younger boys so he asked me to put on some weight so I could look older than them...I'm still trying to lose the extra weight !” ‘Jab Tum Kaho’ has been directed by Vikram Shankar and stars Parvin Dabas, Ambalika Sarkar and Shirin Guha in pivotal roles. While she was shooting for Masaan in B a naras, she had several surreal experiences with astrologers and pandits in age-old temples. This time, it's the holy city of Amritsar, which also happens to be her birthplace.  On her first day off from the shoot, she visited the 'Golden Temple' in the evening. Wrapped in a heavy phulkari dupatta and shades, she managed to conceal her identity and stayed inside the sanctum Santorum hearing the gurbani for hours. People accompanying her got worried and began to look for the actor. "This is not the first time I have had a near mystical experience at a place of worship. I feel blessed that I got to spend such uninterrupted time here. It was soothing for my soul. I am really speechless and can't think of what else I can say”. The actor has been shooting in Amritsar for her upcoming film ‘ Sarbjit ’.
