Union Bank of India wins Finnoviti Awards - 2019

Mumbai – Union Bank of India has been awarded the Finnoviti Award 2019 for ‘Hyper Converged Private Cloud Security’ for innovative processes & best practices in Cyber Security under BFSI sector.

The Awards were received by the Bank during 7th International Trade Fair and Conference on Banking Technology, Equipment & Services held on Friday, 25th January 2019, at IBEX, MMRDA Ground, BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai. The award was received from the jury members headed by Shri M.Narendra, Former CMD, Indian Overseas Bank.

Finnoviti awards are the prestigious awards which are organized by ‘Banking Frontiers’ in recognition to the efforts of institutions/organizations in BFSI sector for their Innovative Fintech Solutions or transformation and provides scope for Financial Institutions of tomorrow.

Union Bank of India has deployed state of art technology platform to provide customer centric products and services. Further, Union Bank of India has initiated various technology projects to align IT with Business goals.

Pension Adalat

The Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai will be holding the 53rd Postal Pension Adalat for pensioners/family pensioners of Postal Department on 29th Sept 2023 at 11.00 Hrs, in the Office of Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai -400 001. Grievances regarding pensionary benefits pertaining to those who retired/died while in service from Department of Posts, Pensioners of Postal Department, Maharashtra and Goa States, which have not been settled within 3 months, will only be entertained in the Postal Pension Adalat.  Cases involving purely legal points i.e. succession, Notional pension, TBOP/MACP Promotion, stepping up of pay and disciplinary cases involving policy matters and cases pending for review of DPC will not be considered in Pension Adalat .  Pensioner should forward their grievance individually (not in bulk or on behalf of others) in triplicate in the proforma attached to Accounts Officer, Pension Adalat, O/o Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtr
