India Post Maharashtra Circle Hosts Customer Meet to Showcase New Premium Time-Bound Delivery Services

MUMBAI, March 27, 2026 – The Department of Posts, Maharashtra Circle, hosted an exclusive Customer Meet today to promote its newly launched suite of premium time-bound delivery services.

Held under the leadership of Shri Amitabh Singh, Chief Postmaster General (CPMG), Maharashtra Circle, the event focused on the "24 Speed Post," "24 Speed Post Parcel," and "48 Speed Post" services introduced earlier this month on March 17.

The program opened with a welcome address by Ms. Simran Kaur, Director of Postal Services (HQ), who emphasized that active customer engagement and feedback are the cornerstones of India Post’s mission to ensure excellence in service delivery.


In his keynote address, Shri Amitabh Singh detailed the vision behind these premium offerings, noting that they were specifically designed to meet the rising demand for secure, high-speed logistics in the business and e-commerce sectors.



The featured services include:

  • 24 Speed Post: Guaranteed delivery of documents within 24 hours in select sectors.

  • 24 Speed Post Parcel: Fast, reliable parcel delivery within a 24-hours.

  • 48 Speed Post: Assured delivery within 48 hours across a wider network.

He further stated that these services are aimed at addressing the growing demand for time-bound, secure, and efficient logistics solutions, particularly for businesses, e-commerce stakeholders, and government users.


The event was graced by eminent dignitaries, including Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Hon’ble Minister, Government of Maharashtra, along with senior officials, esteemed customers, MDs & CEOs of various corporations. Also in attendance were Consuls General from various countries. 

"During the event, a live delivery of 24 Speed Post articles was featured. To enhance the experience, also the cultural and instrumental programs were added alongwith a stand-up comedy. The program was hosted by RJ Vaishali.
