Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd’s IPO Gets Overwhelming Response; Subscribed 184.07 Times on Final Day

Mumbai, August 24, 2026: The Initial Public Offering of Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited IPO was subscribed 184.07 times on the final day of bidding.
 
The issue received bids of 2,79,44,52,850 equity shares against the offered 1,51,81,667 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.
 
Retail Portion and Non-institutional investors portion were subscribed 60.69 times and 314.44 times, respectively. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) was subscribed 302.88 times whereas employee reserved portion was subscribed 124.95 times.
 
Company Information
The company is a thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer, engaged in the design and manufacture of customized temperature sensing solutions, electrical heating solutions and specialised cables.
 
According to the F&S Report, the company is the largest manufacturer of contact and non-contact temperature sensors in India in terms of revenue as of March 31, 2026, with a market share of approximately 10.5% in the temperature sensor segment in Fiscal 2026. The company is also the only Indian manufacturer of non-contact temperature sensors as of March 31, 2026, and held approximately 21.3% of the non-contact temperature sensor market share in Fiscal 2026 (Source: F&S Report).
