Pranav Constructions Limited’s IPO Clocks Massive Demand, Issue Subscribed 121 Times on Final Day

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion subscribed 258.71 times on Day 3


Mumbai, September 09, 2026: The Initial Public Offering of Pranav Constructions Limited was subscribed 121 times on the final day of bidding.


The issue received bids of 2,71,80,43,800 equity shares against the offered 2,24,63,137 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.


Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Non-institutional investors portion were subscribed 258.71 times and 208.21 times, respectively. Retail Portion was subscribed 43.33 times.


About the Pranav Constructions Limited
The company is a leading real estate player based on the supply of units and number of completed and under construction MCGM - Redevelopment projects in the western suburbs, with a total of 1,864 units and 34 MCGM – redevelopment projects (completed and under construction) whereas other developers have 4 to 11 MCGM - redevelopment projects, each launched between calendar year 17 – Q1 CY26 (Source: C&W Report).

The company is amongst the top redevelopment companies based out of Mumbai predominantly undertaking redevelopment projects in the western suburbs focusing on economical, mid and mass, and aspirational homes (Source: C&W Report).
