1200+ Customers added to the “Apne Dam Par” family

March 25, 2015, Mumbai: In Star City, Naigaon by Rashmi Housing Pvt.Ltd. with the unique and exceptional concept of ‘Apne Dam Par’ allotted 1200 plus flats to the customers on 21st March 2015. From ‘Apne Dam Par’ customers got the opportunity of acquiring their own dream home with no interest and easy installment procedure. On the auspicious day of Gudi Padava, Mr. Kshitij Thakur, Hon’ble MLA, Vasai and Virar & Mr. Rupesh Jadhav, Deputy Mayor, gave the name for the flat allotment and floor number. 


The booking has been started since 2012 and 1200 flats are allotted and more flats are on sale in the Star City Project, Naigaon currently. The project of Star City, Naigaon is one of its unique conceptual representations of realty. The customer satisfaction with best apartments without discrimination and still being pocket friendly is the motive. For instances, there has been charges paid for acquiring particular floor and flat number, but Rashmi Housing Pvt. Ltd. gave the acquisition through allotment.

Pension Adalat

The Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai will be holding the 53rd Postal Pension Adalat for pensioners/family pensioners of Postal Department on 29th Sept 2023 at 11.00 Hrs, in the Office of Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai -400 001.
