Caliber Mining and Logistics Makes Strong Market Debut, Shares List at 19% Premium on BSE

 Stock reached a high of Rs 538.75 on NSE and Rs 538.15 on BSE

Mumbai, July 24, 2026: Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited’s shares list at Rs 504 on the BSE, at a premium of 18.8%.
The scrip reached a high of Rs 538.75 on the NSE, and Rs 538.15 on the BSE. The scrip closed at Rs 528.5 on the BSE, a rise of 24.6% from the IPO price.
As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 231.56 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 21.63 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 1,265 crore.
The Market Capitalisation of the company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 3,455.1 crore as per BSE and Rs 3,420.79 crore as per NSE.
The company had offered a nearly Rs 450 crore issue for subscription.
This offer was subscribed nearly 146.6 times, and the Retail Portion and Non-Institutional Portion were subscribed 41.15 times and 267.36 times respectively. 
The Qualified Institutional Investors (QIB) portion was subscribed 240.7 times.
Company Information
Incorporated in 2014, the company is a mining operator managing overburden removal, coal extraction and coal logistics together as an integrated services provider.  It has a fleet of 1,911 vehicles, plant and machinery (including 100 that are leased vehicles, plant and machinery) as of April 30, 2026, comprising of 883 tippers, 64 loaders, 162 excavators and 362 tip trailers.
The company offers its customers end-to-end services including coal extraction, overburden removal, coal loading and unloading, road transportation and coordination of rail transportation, making it a one-stop coal mining and logistics provider. Its mining and overburden removal operations are located in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh; however, it does not own any of the mines.
