Taskbob flashmob on #DontDrink&Drive dazzles city, grabs attention of the Mumbai Traffic Police
Flashmob broke out at Carter Road, Bandra on Sunday evening
Mumbai, 26th August, 2015: People hanging out at Carter Road in Bandra on Sunday evening were in for a pleasant surprise when a group of young and vibrant youngsters broke into a Flashmob, leaving them completely enthralled. The flashmob was led by Taskbob,Mumbai’s leading app-based on-demand instant home service, as part of their campaign #DontDriink&Drive. It was organized as their first step towards their campaign for promoting road safety and urging people to stop driving after drinking.
The flashmob which was repeated on public demand was telecasted live on #fame. It instantly grabbed eyeballs on social media as well. 'Taskbob' was also trending on iOS for their efforts in spreading the message. The initiative also received praise and support of the Mumbai Traffic Police.

Speaking on this front, Joint Commissioner of Traffic Police, Mr. Milind Rambhau Bharambe said, “It’s pleasant to see corporate coming up and helping the police force in educating people about the ill-effects of drinking and driving. On behalf of my team, I would like to congratulate Taskbob's team on their success with this event and thank them for taking up the cause as a responsible corporate citizen of the country.”
Speaking about the thought behind the campaign, Aseem Khare, CEO and Founder, Taskbob said, "Drinking and driving is a serious offense that not only puts the driver’s life in danger but also of others.
