Sumer Group’s Head of Sales and Marketing Smita Amin features in “The Most Influential Marketing Leaders” list at the World Marketing Congress 2017

Mumbai,  December, 2017: Real estate developer Sumer Group’s Head of Sales and Marketing Mrs Smita Amin Todiwala has made her debut in “The Most Influential Marketing Leaders” list at the recently held World Marketing Congress.

The Congress hosted the Global Marketing Excellence Awards on the 24th of November 2017 in Mumbai. As a part of the awards, Mrs Smita has been recognized as the Most Influential Marketing Leader.




The Most Influential Marketing Leaders is a result of an intensely researched process. It is the hard and intense work to produce a shortlist of Individuals who are doing extraordinary work and track the record of their achievements. The shortlist is then reviewed by a Jury comprising of senior professionals from across the globe.



The criteria adopted in this case are: Marketing Competencies, Strategic Perspective & Future Orientation, Track Record, Integrity and Ethics and Commitment to Sustainability (Business, Social & Environmental).

The theme for World Marketing Congress 2017 was "Purposeful Purpose (Purposeful Marketing)". The World Marketing Congress is strategically partnered by CMO Asia, World Brand Congress, and World CSR Day.



Smita Amin has successfully turned companies around with her skills as a leader and the head of sales and marketing. What she brings to the table is a unique blend of knowledge, leadership skills and vision that she has earned with nearly two decades of business expertise.



Smita has been responsible for marketing Sumer Group’s properties. Amongst her other significant contributions, she has made the greatest impact on the Sales and Marketing function through her accurate recognition of the socio-economic cohorts.


Sumer Group is a Mumbai-based real estate developer and the company has developed several iconic structures in and around Mumbai. Sumer Group, founded in 1965, has 30 million square feet of land under development across Mumbai, Alibaug, Indore, Pavana and Goa.

Pension Adalat

The Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai will be holding the 53rd Postal Pension Adalat for pensioners/family pensioners of Postal Department on 29th Sept 2023 at 11.00 Hrs, in the Office of Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai -400 001.
