Kia Motors India records highest ever sales in January

·       Kia Motors India sold 15,450 units in the month of January 2020
·       The brand delivered 15,000 units of Seltos and 450 units of Carnival
·       Seltos becomes the highest selling SUV in India and sixth highest selling model in the country

New Delhi, February 03, 2020: Kia Motors India, wholly-owned subsidiary of Kia Motors Corporation and world’s 8th largest automaker, drives ahead with 15,450 unit sales in January 2020 retaining its position as 4th largest automaker in the country in terms of sales. Seltos with 15,000 unit sales becomes the sixth highest selling model in the country while Carnival also got a head start with 450 units dispatched to dealers. 
In addition, Seltos also becomes the highest selling SUV beating the nearest competitor by more than 30%. The month of January marks the highest ever sales for Seltos since its launch in August 2019. With total sales of 60,494 in just 5 months of launch, Seltos has won many accolades in the previous year for the brand.

Commenting on the highest sales, Mr. Kookhyun Shim, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Kia Motors India said “Kia team is overwhelmed with the love we have received from Indian consumer further motivating us to bring our world-class products to the country. We are committed to surprise the country with our upcoming products as well, this year. The consecutive month on month growth is proof of consumers' trust in the brand – Kia and also Seltos. Kia Motors India is all set to launch its second product for India the extravagant – Carnival for the elite Indian consumers on February 5, 2020. Kia Carnival is a run-away success as it received 1410 bookings on the first day of its pre-bookings acceptance on January 21, 2020. Brand’s third offering for India, the compact SUV concept, will also be globally unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 and will be launched in the 2nd half of the year.

The Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai will be holding the 53rd Postal Pension Adalat for pensioners/family pensioners of Postal Department on 29th Sept 2023 at 11.00 Hrs, in the Office of Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai -400 001.
