Denta Water and Infra Solutions' IPO makes an impressive debut on the exchange; closes at 18% premium
Mumbai, January 29, 2025: Shares of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited made an impressive debut on the exchange to close at 17.84% premium.
The scrip listed Rs 330 per share on BSE, a premium of 12.24%, and Rs 325 per share on NSE, a premium of 10.54%. The company's share price closed at Rs 346.45 per share on the BSE, a 17.84% premium, and at Rs 341.25 per share on the NSE, a 16.07% premium.
As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 15.60 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 7.56 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 77.83 crore.
The Market Capitalization of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs. 925.02 Crore as per BSE and Rs. 911.14 Crore as per NSE.
SMC Capitals Limited is the sole book running lead manager and Integrated Registry Management Services Private Ltd is the registrar to the Issue.
The company had offered Rs 220.50 crore issue for subscription from January 22 to January 24. This garnered substantial interest, and the offer was subscribed 221.68 times, making it the most subscribed IPO in CY25. Qualified Institutional Buyer Portion was subscribed 236.94 times. Non-Institutional Investors Portion and Retail Portion were subscribed 507.27 times and 90.56 times respectively.
Established in 2016, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited, has emerged as one of the key players in the field of water engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) services. It has contributed to addressing the rising demand for water-related solutions in the country, with a meritorious track record in infrastructure project installations, including groundwater recharging through recycled water.
The company's notable achievements include the Byrapura and Hiremagaluru LIS Project, Karagada LIS Project, and others, primarily executed through lift irrigation systems. It has significant involvement in the "Jal Jeevan Mission" of the Government of India reflects its commitment to critical water management initiatives, under which it was awarded three projects i.e.“Kerehalli Drinking Water Project” and “Chikkabenakal Drinking Water Project” and Rehabilitation of MVS to Doddakowlande and other 55 Villages of Nanjangud Taluk which are located in the State of Karnataka.
Denta Waters has completed 32 water management projects out of which 11 projects as the main contractor, 1 project has been undertaken under a consortium / joint venture arrangement and 20 projects have been undertaken under a sub-contract arrangement with the main contractor.
